This is my first time buying and servicing a car through a dealership. Hyundai has made this first time experience a breeze. If I have a question it is answered thoroughly and diligently. I will always request Lexie as my service advisor as she has made the servicing a breeze. Love this place, thank you!

Too fast to notice detail
Overall great service and staff is always awesome, on the last service visit I feel that the extreme amount of work to be done as far as vehicles to work on caused one of the items on my list to be overlooked. I will simply be scheduling another appointment to get that maintenance service completed and all will be good.

I didn’t have an appointment, walked in, cthe advisor was very nice. I texted back the next day to get feedback. She was really on top of it to keep updated. Shortly after, vehicle was ready.

Excellent service on my oil change!!!
Alexis was very polite, attentive and helpful. She got me a quote for my next repair without a problem. I have two lights out.
My car was delivered back to me very clean after being vacuumed and washed.

Tough situation!
I broke down at midnight 45 minutes from home, had to get the car situated, get home and get to the airport by 8am. Before I took off I was contacted, by Lexi, and advised that the car had been received and they would get back to me asap. I flew back late Sunday and 1st thing Monday morning I was notified the car was repaired and ready for pick up. Everything was covered under warranty. SUPER happy with everything considering what a tight spot I was in and that I could not personally be there to sign anything for the repairs.
