Needs improvement on
Have had my vehicle over there 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times I have had to have it back over there to fix issues that they made. The first issue was very acceptable because they came to me to fix the issue that they made. The 2nd visit was exceptional. This last visit, somehow my windshield wiper was bent and wiping well off the side of the car, causing scuff marks. called multiple times and tried to leave messages, but each time Jessicas voicemail was full. Finally spoke with Anthony twice and requested they come to me to fix the issue they caused, because it it nothing less than a 45 min drive one way and thats in good traffic. He informed me they did not have valet and I would have to return there, which we did Friday evening and he did fix the issue in 5 minutes. However this is a great inconvenience since this is something they caused somehow while doing my oil change and checking for routine visit. I the customer should NOT have to take time out of my day after we have already used 4 1/2 hours on the first time, which is half a day. 45 min each way and was there for 2 1/2 hours while they did the oil change and whatever else needed checking. Really wish they would offer a mobile for these things. Hopefully one day Hyundia will be on the same page as other dealers and offer mobile service. However this second visit should never have had to happen, as this occurred while in service and I feel they could have made an attempt to come to me to fix since they caused the issue

I had one appointment arrived at the service department on time and they told me it would be over four hours so I went and met another appointment came back to the service department and it was still was four hours so I was dropped off but it should not take four hours to do a maintenance check

I was amazed by the immediate follow up call following the concerns I had about my last service visit. From the beginning of the call Jessica was wonderfully understanding. She had my car picked up and rechecked to put my mind at ease. The person Sammi that picked up and returned my vehicle was also very very kind and went over everything with me when the vehicle was returned. It was an overall outstanding experience. Quality customer service is extremely important and I received that and then some today. Thank you so much.

The routine maintenance took a very long time because of being short staffed. Had we known we would have been better prepared to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change.

Customer Service History of service for our first 2009 Genesis and our current 2015 Genesis
We have owned 2 Genesis's that were both purchased and serviced solely at Lakeland Hyundai Genesis. The 2015 Genesis was and still is an excellent vehicle. We will go to Lakeland Genesis when we are looking to replace the 2015 Genesis.
