An unfortunate bolt came undone from a bracket which had to be removed to install AC resulting in the
need to fully replace the alternator and battery for my car. The professionals at RSC auto repair reached out to me regarding the claim; and after communication between the 2 technicians an approval to fully fix the damages was approved. It was unfortunate that an issue came up at all however they corrected the situation extremely quickly. Thanks for your assistance again! ?. -Beau

n. Thank goodness it was the least-worst case, battery needing replacement. Trust is the most important thing. But also nice was that they gave me a quick ride home (and again in reverse) with my wife away and unable to provide transport back and forth.
