I generally had a very good experience with Callie Young on the day of purchase. She was polite and
prepared with paperwork that did need some revision. Unfortunately, the survey was very specific in its questioning and my rating reflected the challenge of communication and logistics involved in selling a brand new car hot off the press to a person 50 miles away and resulted in the perception of a less than stellar effort on her part. That was not my intent. She's navigating a male-dominated environment with grace,

I had a flat tire on my way to an appointment. They fixed it pretty quickly and explained the cost
prior to starting the work. They insisted that I come in the store to stay warm and had a seat where I could wait.

Had codes flashing on my dash, each code indicated something wrong from emission system problem, pow
er steering and traction control, 5 total. They took it in and in no time it was cleared and they test drove it. To make sure it wasn't reoccurring. I have the highest regards for this auto repair shop.
