He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the entire procedure before any work was done. He set proper expectations about price, time involved, and the possibility of additional services. And then he kept me informed throughout the process and sent supporting images. As a DIY mechanic, I knew the job was simply too much for me and I'm thankful for Craig's and LoCo's expertise and top-notch customer service!
