Great Customer Service
Martin and his staff has always provided great customer service and are very professional. I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Sutter Auto Pros for years and I have never been disappointed. Up front of cost of repairs, no surprises. Quality parts used.
Martin is very upfront on repairs. If you need something he will inform you. If you don’t, he will also let you know. Does not try to sell you something you don’t need. Very honest. Repairs are timely. Very knowledgeable on different makes of imports.

Quick and amazing service!
Martin is an amazing worker at Auto Pros!! I took my BMW X3 in @10am for a wiring issue in my wheel well. He called me maybe two hours later with a diagnosis and an AMAZING price for labor and wiring parts. My car was done before 2PM and I was able to drop off and pick up my car in less than 4 hours!!! Of course this won’t be the case for everyone but I was very blown away; from the time to Diagnose, to immediately fixing it, the service was truly worth yelling from the mountain tops. Thank you Auto Pros for your amazing service.

Jin said he liked the service he received and the friendliness of the customer service. The manager was really friendly, understanding, kind and nice. They fit him in at a time that fit his schedule, his vehicle was back rather quickly in an appropriate amount of time, and their prices were reasonable. Why would he go anywhere else.
