2017 X3 was experiencing battery drainage while stopped and a multitude of electrical malfunctions. I
t took a couple of visits to Ed’s to determine cause, but that’s because they tried to fix it via easiest (least expensive) option. After other potential fixes failed to solve the problem, it was determined that my faulty alternator (rather expensive part) had to be replaced. Voila, problem solved. Runs like a charm. Thanks Ed’s!

I had tried to change the ignition coils and spark plugs on my BMW 335i coupe. I stripped the strengt
hening bar bolt and couldn’t access cylinders 5-6. I only was able to change cylinders 1-4. And I inadvertently pulled out some wiring when removing the beauty cover. Engine Malfunction light came on and it was missing on each cylinder. Frank diagnosed it. He got the stripped stuck bolt out and replaced cylinder 5-6 coils and found I had the wrong spark plugs installed. He changed all of the plugs to BMW OEM, cleared and rest the codes. Now engine is running properly.
