I took my Nissan Xterra here in December of 2020 to resolve some issues with my transmission/radiator
, then came back to have my windshield replaced. I was really impressed with Legacy's efficiency quality of work, and customer service (shout out to Justin, who's the best!). It's sad to say, but as a woman, I've had several mechanics in the Boulder area try to upsell me or rip me off. Legacy treated me with respect, offered me fair pricing, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. My boyfriend, who is very picky about his mechanics, got new tires and wheels installed on his Chevy Silverado here and also now raves about Legacy. We'll be back.

On a longer drive I noticed the 4MATIC system didn’t feel right when pulling away on a wet incline. E
ddie checked the drivetrain and found the front axle disconnect actuator wasn’t fully engaging. They replaced the failed unit and verified the system afterward. Feels planted again without me having to think about it.

After an uneventful exhaust change out , the guys in back found an extremely corroded high pressure f
uel line leaking . Not much , but enough to smell and to effect performance. OEM parts were unavailable , same with aftermarket, but the guys were able to order in an extended lenght from another model, revise it and make it work… 4 hrs to perform magic. Everything costs a bundle nowadays, but when someone’s doing all they can for you and you’re confident in their ability and experience, what could be better than paying them? I retain my confidence in Bruce’s Auto and Brians certifiable crews. What a great resource.
