Honest, efficient, and excellent customer service. I will definitely return my Mini to The Haus and a
void the high prices of the dealership. As a nurse who has been working crazy and unpredictable hours this past year I appreciated that they allowed me pick up my car when it was convenient for me and outside of their posted business hours.

Bram is an outstanding performer at his trade. My wife and I have been taking various vehicles to him
since at least 2019 if not 2018. His service is swift and reliable. His prices are always fair and he works hand in hand with his customer to provide the best service. I would have to move far away to consider seeing anyone else. Bram never dissapoints.

We had to evacuate my dad’s place in Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived safely to Wilmington
to stay with my brother but the next day the car was hesitating. I was worried since it was my dad’s BMW and we did just drive over 12 hours. We were continuing on to Philadelphia and needed the car fixed ASAP. The service was done quickly and the staff was great! The rear ABS speed sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced which they did. So relieved to find out it was nothing serious and the cost was not outrageous.
