k. He has never not given me a hearty hello with a smile and "what can I do for you?" So many times he stops what he is doing to change out a light bulb or check a leak, etc. I've had cars for over 50 years now and many a mechanic, but I hit the lottery when a friend referred me to Tom. He is honest to a fault, a great mechanic (with an amazing crew), and just a terrific person. It's very rewarding to know your car(s) is getting the best care and at the best price possible. No more phone calls after dropping it off telling me all of the things my car needs that will cost me hundreds more. He calls to say, "Your car is ready." He is the man and I am proud to say he is my mechanic!

Do not normally give reviews, but I wanted to give Legacy Automotive a 5 star for fixing an aggravati
ng a/c issue on my older Honda Civic which has been going on for some time. The difficulty was that it was an intermittent problem, and before finding Legacy Automotive I had some other auto repair shops look at it with no success. Thank you Mark for taking the time and having the expertise to find the unusual cause of the problem and repairing at a reasonable cost.

The cleanest and most organized auto shop I have ever seen. Mark is a great mechanic and their price
s are very fair. The important thing is they do the job right! We had front brakes replaced on our 2013 F150 over a year ago and a caliper issue came up causing uneven wear on the brake pads on the driver's side. Mark fixed it all for no charge, the parts were still warranties. Honesty is so important. We recommend Ochoco auto for all automotive service needs.
