I was referred to Pattis because I had recently bought a new used car after my old 1999 Toyota died s
uddenly, and I needed a mechanic to sign the certificate that all was well with the car for our insurance. I expected it to go smoothly since we had a mobile mechanic test the car before we bought it and it passed everything except for an indicator with a code. My usual mechanic, who wasn't available in the time frame I needed, had said it was likely not a problem. But Patti insisted it was, and told me why. I was sorry to hear it, but ultimately preferred to know the truth. Next time I see my regular mechanic I will bring it to his attention. So Patti doesn't sugarcoat, but she is on your side. Better safe than sorry.
