Matt Ewert has always taken good care of me. The only times I haven’t been able to let him service my
vehicle is because of his booked solid schedule. However this is understandable because you start and finish the process feeling secure and confident that Matt and his team are going to do the job efficiently with integrity and transparency. Stopped by to verify what I thought the problem was on my 2020 XT5. Mike confirmed, reset the ecm so
the AC would work and explained what the problem was and sent me on my way for no charge. I brought it back a week later to have him replace the thermostat. Highly recommend.
