Ive been traveling in my vehicle and came across an unexpected complication on the road. Aaron was qu
ick to diagnose and fix the issue, and get me back on the road safely. Even helped me learn how to check certain things to ensure I make it home well. Would be my go to if I lived in Bend or have a problem any time I’m in the area again in the future. I also think this is the only time I’ve ever had service where the shop didn’t try to sell me on 1000 things I didn’t need, really appreciated that.

I brought my truck in, hoping that an aftermarket extended warranty program would be the answer. As i
t turned out the program declined my repairs, but Peter worked with me to find the problem and address it quickly with quality parts and had me out the door the next day. The extended warranty program drug their heels And found every excuse not to pay for my repair. Peter was professional, apologetic and addressed my issues immediately.
