As a woman who knows little to nothing about cars, I feel so good knowing that Haik and his team are
here for me! I started going to His Laguna Beach location years ago with a problematic BMW X5 and Haik researched, diagnosed, and guided me on what moves to make.... he spent countless hours of his time and had the patience of a saint with the scenario. His team in San Clemente has been equally as great, timely, professional, honest, diligent in their work and competitive in their pricing. l, they fixed the car so it was safe to drive again! They showed me exactly what had happened to my car, explained the consequences and repair options, and even test drove to make sure the car was safe before I headed out! They really helped me be more knowledgeable about my car and feel safe and ready for the long drive home!

Took my truck in with a battery issue. 3 1/2 years into a 5yr full replacement battery. Even though t
hey no longer carry that brand, they did a battery draw down test to make sure it was battery and not something else. It was the battery and they got authorization to return it and put a new battery in. Very friendly ladies in the front handled it. And left with a bill for $0!!!
