Took my F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had a problem with the door ajar light co
ming on intermittently. Kevin took good care of me, kept me informed of what was going on, and ultimately isolated the problem with the door sensor and advised me it was covered under warranty. Good service, good communication. That's the norm for Mike White Ford service dept.
