The facility was able to give me an appt. time that fit my schedule and I didn't have to leave my car
overnight so waiting for 2 hours was better than having to leave it another day. The facility was nice, bright and clean and the customer waiting area was spacious and offered TV and Wi-Fi. The work performed resulted from 2 recalls and no charge was incurred which was extra nice.

work with. I needed a replacement car as my vehicle was totaled in an accident. Keith brought a car to me to test drive. I live in Forsyth county so this was a major trip for Keith. I decided to purchase the car and had a very positive experience at the dealership with the manager and the finance department. I got a great price on the car and the process was so smooth. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I can affirm that this was the best shopping experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

lly expecting to scrap and fight for a good deal. From the moment Shay came up to me and my wife until the last thank you and handshake... it was absolutely an amazing car buying experience. A lot of the negotiating happened over email and phone, so we didn't have to sit around and go back and forth. Shay was polite, kind, and it felt like she really listened to what we were looking for at a fair market price. Kevin, the finance manager, was also great, he treated me like a person with dignity and respect, and not a pay check (that applied to everyone I met and talked to). Y'all, I am not filling anyone with hit air, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Please l, if you're in the market for a Hyundai or Stelantis product,l go see them. I would 100% buy another vehicle from them.

I know parking sucks in new york city but it will be better if you keep your guy outside by the entr
ance area so that he can direct other drivers who come at your facility for repairs or services, such as where to wait for their turn to enter inside your building area. Advisor Stephanie provided good service so far. The work on my car was completed earlier than given time to me. Will return for future services!!
