We decided on Hyundai based on features, comfort, value, reliability and warranty. I dealt with five
dealerships in the area: two did not have the model/color we wanted, three played games with me around availability, price and options. Planet Hyundai was professional, respectful, patient, and accommodating of our desires and needs. Did most of the initial work virtually. Hugh shout out to Adam Beckman, General Sales Manager, who made the process pretty effortless and even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the deal and vehicle. He and his sales staff are the ones you want to be dealing with in an important purchase like this. This is our last new car and I ended up very pleased with the process of acquiring it, mainly BECAUSE of Adam and Planet Hyundai. I was a car salesman before finishing my doctorate and having a professional career and take it from me, these folks define the sane way to buy a car!

The Ioniq 5 is a great product and driving experience. Sales and service staff have very limited know
ledge of the technology. You are better off getting accurate information off YouTube. They also need to implement OTA updates instead of having to bring the car to the dealer for new software.
