When it comes to depending on Chico Hyundai to service our 2016 Sonata we consistently have depended
on Remi Robles through the years. This was especially important last month when our engine quit working on the freeway and we had the car towed to this dealership. Remi was there for us at each step along the path to getting our car inspected, finding the problem that the engine froze and needed to be replaced. The day he ordered the engine he also got us a rental until our vehicle was repaired. This is so important since our beloved Sonata is our only transportation.

I wanted! Jed was very professional, as was all the staff that I came in contact with at the dealership. The staff seemed very comfortable with each other and it was apparent they have fun as it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Jed worked with me to get within my price range and took the time to ensure the car was the one I wanted. He even followed up with me the day after I purchased it. Well done!
