Brought it in for one recall and Emily did great on keeping me updated on how long it would take and
what else would be needed to be done, went to come back today 11/9/23 without a appointment because of a oil leak in one of the spark plugs but she wasn’t around at the time so someone else took me :( Will schedule with here again though.

I went in for an oil change and alignment, but the tech learned that a rats nest was in my cabin filt
er. They helped to get this cleaned out and deep sanitized!

It's everything on my car in a very timely fashion
Had my card and those are dealership they had it two and a half hours couldn't fix it didn't know wha
t was wrong with it. After an hour 40 minutes here they fixed it and gave me my car back washed and everything. I'll be going here for my service from now on and possibly buying a new car.

I recently visited this Pacifico Hyundai to test drive several cars. I had a very pleasant experience
with the salesmen there, particularly Maurice Smith. I got a very good deal and ending up leaving with a new Hyundai Kona. I am very pleased with the service and the car. I definitely recommend this dealership.

We were unable to find our desired vehicle locally so worked with McDonald Hyundai in Littleton, CO.
4 1/2 hours away. John Kiramy Kept us informed the entire time as to where the vehicle was in the process of being perfect for the sale. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were greeted by a professional who showed us to John's work area. John showed us all the details of the vehicle and had us operate everything in a ride-along to make certain we understood how all the options functioned. Spencer Armijo worked us through the finance piece and all the options with warranty etc. Both folks were easy to deal with and any others we came in contact were friendly as can be. This a clean well run operation. Would definitely recommend them for a great experience in purchasing a vehicle.

In the early morning of July 9, 2024 (Tuesday) I dropped my Hyundai Sonata off with the service dept.
After waiting about 15 minutes, I wondered outside to check out the new Hyundai's on the lot. I was greeted by a Sales Associate named Tony who goes by TJ. TJ asked me if I was interested in a new or pre-owned Hyundai. I told him that I was indeed thinking about it. TJ took the time to listen to me and after chatting for about 15 minutes he found my next new Hyundai Sonata. We spent the next hour going through the sales process and at the end of it all, I drove home in my Brand New 2024 Sonata. I can't say enough about how TJ and Ben (Accounting) guided me through the whole buying process with curtesy and ease. All my questions were answered regarding the purchase process as well as the car's function. Thank You Hyundai of Anderson. You have a customer for Life.
