I would highly recommend asking for Joakim for your next purchase, he delivered outstanding service to my family with the purchase of our 2015 Kia Sedona . He answered all my questions, was understanding of our situation with our kids needs. He got us in and out very quickly with our new minivan. Katie was super helpful. She ordered my part, got me in as soon as she could. I got a loaner car which was super helpful she even helped me unload my car . She was awesome!

Great job!
As a woman sometimes it can be uncomfortable to go into a dealership and understand what the root issue is of my car lol it was refreshing to go into this establishment and be met with such a friendly aura, Cody was so helpful and welcoming. He sure made the time and knowledge passed on easygoing, will Deff be back. Thanks a ton!

BEST PRICE LIMITED TUCSON
I was looking for a White Limited Tucson for my wife all over the Portland Metro Area and I finally got a dealership that serviced my request quickly. They sold me a White Limited Tucson and had it special delivered. The best thing is they sold it to me UNDER $3,000 than all the other dealerships wanted. This is a GRADE A BUSINESS. Salesman Eric and the General Manager Shun are top notch professionals. I drove from Beaverton just to do business with these guys and I was extremely happy. My wife is so happy right now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! Drive there and safe yourself thousands of dollars!

Good service
If you have an electric vehicle all the paperwork for work on on your car is geared for gas powered cars so the print out of what was done makes little sense as and oil change is NOT what needed to be done. They need to update all forms so EV's are seen as just as important as gas guzzlers

Had to return my car
After my routine service I had to have my car towed back to the dealership. It turns out that I was leaking oil because they forgot to properly install the oil plug. They found the oil plug on the skid plate. Luckily I was made aware of the leak before permanent damage was done and it was able to be fixed. But something like this should not happen.
