Not only do these engineers know everything about a variety of vehicles, the shop is very efficiently
operated. They seem to have ready access to parts as well.
Also, I see many people walk in for advice which they freely give. There is no expectation of payment for advice. This actually borders on community reinvestment. Admirable these days.
