I went in for an inspection. While there, I was informed that I gone past the mileage for an oil cha
nge. I was asked if I wanted it done. Everything was appreciated, being told that an oil change was due and their asking if I wanted it done at that time. Nothing was a surprise. The communication was greatly appreciated.
