I called Jeffrey on Black Friday, that was yesterday, he said he is close and to come on Monday, but
I told him I can't coz I work, and my car is long overdue for change oil and need safety check. He told me to drop off my car in the shop and he'll go in later and check it. He called me early morning the next day, and that my car is ready. I was so happy that he accommodated me, although he supposedly close. And, he always gives advise and couple of suggestions what's best for the car. He is very respectful, very attentive and so easy to talk to. He's cool?. I highly recommend him, if you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, especially to the ladies.

Don't take your car to a shop with a fancy waiting room where you're talking to a "team lead" who can
't quite remember which tech is working on your vehicle. And oh by the way, we found 6 other things that need fixing. That's how they pay for their waiting room and shuttle van service. Instead take your car to a real shop where you're talking to the owner who is going to take the reins and get things figured out. It is so refreshing to have a place to go where you get the straight scoop and no one is trying to sell you on extra service that you really don't need. Rob is the real deal and I won't go anywhere else.
