fair, especially for the amount of work that was done. It’s hard to find a place that combines quality service with honest pricing, but they definitely delivered.
Josh, the owner, was great to work with—very down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The car is running noticeably better after the service, and I feel confident coming back here in the future. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and affordable service!

My car has problem, make noise and leaks coolant. I called several places to ask for quote, including

My car 2014 Toyota Sienna LE. Spoke to Carlos on Friday just before closing. Make appointment to drop the car on Monday morning 7:30am.
When I drop the car off, I met Abraham the mechanic. He noticed water pump being bad right away. Around 3pm, I called them and car were ready, overall very pleasant experienced. They save my day, definitely will come back on future. I know them from my friend, and I brought another friend to fix the alternator on honda CRV, my friend were happy too.

The team at Farrows is competent and thorough. One issue that I had involved a problem that I had as
ked a dealership service department to troubleshoot. The dealership quoted a costly and large scale component removal and replacement. I brought the same issue to Farrows, and they were able to resolve the issue with a much lower cost and small scale component replacement.
