I had to have my car towed to the shop. They worked on it the next day. Car runs great after picking
it up. They even offered to give me a lift to retrieve my car since I had to have it towed to the shop. I couldn’t have asked for a better team owner, and his certified mechanics.

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time
to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated the preventive maintenance consultation. They just didn’t focus on the immediate service but also gave me helpful advice on what to watch for and how to keep my vehicle running smoothly. There was no pressure just straightforward and usual recommendations. Great customer service quality work at a team you can trust I highly recommend them.

My daughter had taken her SUV to two (2) separate Dealership and was charged a fortunate for repairs
and her vehicle was still incorrect even after we took it back several times for them to correct their error.
I went on line to check out reviews of local repair shops and took a chance on JRM which we are glad
we did. I spoke with Vince who took the time to answer my question gave us a quote for a diagnostic
and when it was convenient to bring it in we did and he check out a car went over everything of what he
found and did not even bad mouth the dealership (who I know missed up her SUV).
So far her SUV is driving great and I feel we just found our new repair shop for both of our cars.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service that Extra Mile provides. They truly go the extra mi
le. Not only did I get the most thorough review of my 23 year old pick up truck, but I was also given a ride back home by the owner Jeremy. They were super professional and very personable.
