Hands down, my favorite automotive service center. We recently started coming here after another serv
ice station in Arcata continuously failed to fix a problem that JL diagnosed right away and fixed at a very reasonable rate.
We found them due to a post on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations. Out of the 60 responses half of the responses were in favor of this automotive shop. After coming here, I see why people love them.

It's early yet, but so far things are going great.
I'm sure Heather told me her last name, but I don't remember it. She is the only person from Covar I
have spoken to, and she has been invaluable to me! Besides aiding and advising me re: the legal issues involved, she has been utterly charming and friendly. Y'all better hang on to folks like her!

Exceptional Service, Honesty, and Integrity — M & N Auto Repair
This is my second time taking my vehicle to M & N Auto Repair, and both experiences have left me feel
ing confident that my vehicle received the best possible care. I have a Range Rover, and finding an auto repair shop where you truly feel comfortable and can trust the people working on your vehicle is extremely important to me.
The guys at M & N Auto Repair are some of the most honest, transparent, and trustworthy people I have ever dealt with when it comes to automotive repair. They communicate with you, they provide excellent service, and most importantly, they have integrity.
My most recent experience really confirmed that for me. I had misplaced a ring worth approximately $2,000 that I had planned to have resized. I couldn't remember where I had put it and had completely forgotten that I had left it in my car. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday and picked it up on Monday, August 31, 2026.
When I picked up my vehicle, my ring was still right there in my car.
What stood out to me is that if that ring had disappeared, I wouldn't have even known where I lost it because I had forgotten it was in the vehicle. That says everything about the character and integrity of the people working at M & N Auto Repair.
It's refreshing to know that there are still businesses where honesty, trust, and good customer service mean something. Experiences like this really do restore your faith in people.
I'm grateful for the service I've received from M & N Auto Repair. They've earned my trust, and when it comes to my Range Rover, they are officially my go-to auto repair shop.
Thank you to the entire team at M & N Auto Repair for taking care of my vehicle—and for operating your business with honesty and integrity. You have a loyal customer in me.

he oil change that day and another repair on Sunday. Very friendly mechanics and excellent work done! Thanks for keeping my Uncle Mickey’s legacy alive!
