Found my go-to mechanic
I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop and, especially, Francisco.
My vehicle was
originally stuck at the dealership service center with an open invoice that had to be paid before they would release it. When Francisco reviewed the invoice, he immediately spotted erroneous charges and argued on my behalf to have them corrected - without me even asking. I showed his email to several friends, and even they were shocked by how thorough and professional he was in pushing back. That alone earned my trust.
Francisco personally picked up my vehicle, coordinated everything seamlessly, and had an entirely new engine installed within a week - which is incredible considering the scope of the work. To make matters even better, he later removed a charge from my estimate because the actual cost to him was less. Who does that? That level of honesty is rare.
From start to finish, this shop demonstrated integrity, efficiency, and genuine customer advocacy. I never felt taken advantage of, rushed, or kept in the dark. Francisco treated my car - and my money - as if they were his own.
If you’re looking for a shop that is skilled, ethical, fast, and truly stands up for their customers, this is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I will absolutely return for future work.
