I was met right away at the counter, and was shown a courteous, polite, and professional response to my concern with my 24 year old truck.
I had a lot of concerns with my truck since it is a 2002, and still had most of the original parts.
There was an initial leak that was a major concern, along with worn out shocks and linkage, breaks, etc. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to walk outside with me to my truck, and see what I pointed out that needed attention. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and the experience of the mechanics that took care of me. I didn't know how long I would have to leave my truck with them (days, week, etc.) and was very surprised when I received a phone call that same day that it was all complete. When driving it back home it was so assuring that to have the ride feel like a new truck again. Thank you so much for taking care of me and giving me that peace of mind.

You know, sometimes you go to an unk auto shop and the first instinct is they’re gonna take advantage of me because I’m a female or for whatever reason. I’m good pretty good in judging characters and I did not have that bad instinct with this auto shop. I couldn’t be more secure now trusting/confident of their service. Rather than pushing me for a new part, they highly recommend that they fix/repair the problem first, that was a plus for me because if it was any other mechanic, they would’ve taken advantage of me for profit. Been there, done that.
