Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.

I would do 4.5 stars if that was an option. Tbh I’m always happy with them, which is why I’ve gone th
ere so consistently.
However I came to pick up my car this morning, after being told it was ready to go last night, and then had to wait 20 minutes just for them to finish paperwork they hadn’t done yet. And then when I went to pay, it was 100$ more expensive than I was told the day prior because the original estimate missed something (I had them fix a few things in one go).
Not the worst things, and my car is humming now, but I do want to highlight they are fallible.

The service we received was great, from making the appointment with Ronnie, to being greeted by his s
miling face when entering the service department - to the service received, and how quickly it was performed. We have been going to Bonita Valley for many years, bringing in many vehicles we've had, and have always been very happy with the experience.
Hope Ronnie stays employed there until we can no longer drive a car! Seriously.

Johnny and his Team including Front Office provided exceptional and professional service for a very
complex situation. From patiently and efficiently answering my many questions to driving my sister to the hotel and making sure she had everything she needed. Their analysis was absolutely correct and diligently found the correct answers to any challenges that arose. And all this and more when their Team was under massive stress from a very recent tragedy.
