I've been to this shop twice so far. The first was in Feb for my transmission which I thought it was
going to be a pretty penny and it turned out to be a leak which they sealed so it wasn't as much as I thought it be. This second time being April was for my battery and I thought it was
altermator, so another time of it not being as much as I was expecting. Both times Chris and his team were very informative and thorough. They made sure I understood what was going on and why it was happening. They worked quick so I wasn't waiting more than a day to have my car back. My experience with Chase Auto Tech was great and I'm glad I found them because they will def be my go to mechanics

It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall alwa
ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.
