It was late afternoon on a Friday. I had just gotten off off work and drove straight to Assurance.
Brought my old1999 Ford F150 in for a coolant system pressure test. I was quoted $120.00, which seemed very fair. I agreed. 30 minutes later they were quickly finished and found no leaks.They went through everything. The mechanics made sure their assessment was correct.
Assurance only charged me 1/2 of the estimated quote. Unbelievable !!!
This auto repair shop is thorough, trust worthy, and honest. In a world where the almighty dollar rules the business world, it's very welcoming to find such a professional company who cares about their customers and the vehicles they work on. It was simply time for service, oil change, etc. Tom and Robert were friendly and professional. The c
ost was fair and when I picked up my car, they showed me that I had plenty of brake disc, but that a hose to the turbo was showing signs that it would be going bad within the next year and that I should replace it. Tom quoted me the price for a new one, but told me that he could save me money by finding a used one for me and he will contact me when he comes across it.
