This is my second time to service a car in this auto shop. My car was looked at right away and i was
offered an immediate service while waiting. The problem with AC was located and a couple of other items were remediated. The staff at the front office was respectful and very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed into doing something extra that my car did not need.

Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.
