I’ve been extremely satisfied with them since day one. They will tell you exactly what’s going on with your vehicle, timeline, status updates, and even follows up days or weeks after the repair service is done. They want to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly and you are pleased. Look no further — they provide excellent service (customers and vehicles), competitive/reasonable prices, and exceptional client communication (super important!). They will treat you like family. They offer tea, coffee, snacks and updates you what time the service will finish while you wait, which is a huge plus!

Dani went above and beyond to figure it out what my car problem was, which he did in 1 hour! I took m
y car to 2 other major franchises before and no one could figure it out what was wrong (randomly wouldn't start, and then after hours start again). Others suggest me many different repairs, without being sure about the problem. Dani in 1 hour was able to figure it out with confidence, and the car was done soon after. The costumer service is amazing, everyone there was very warm, empathetic, and nice. Dani also explains everything that is going on, and gave me a very good deal. I was suffering with this problem for 3 months, and can't thank them enough for fixing it. I will recommend to everyone and keep coming back.

r vehicle serviced.
Our 2003 Nissan Sentra had two major issues: the air conditioning wasn't working, and the driver's side door would not open. We searched Yelp, found Pacific Auto Service, and made an appointment. From the very beginning, the process was easy and professional. We received a text confirming our appointment, along with a reminder the day before.
When we dropped off the car, we provided some general information and received an estimate of the potential repair costs. Everything was straightforward and easy to understand. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and professional.
We quickly received updates by both text and email explaining what needed to be repaired and what our options were. They even made it clear that we could choose to skip the air conditioning repair if we wanted to. We decided to have both issues repaired and authorized the work. They kept us informed about the availability of the necessary parts and when the repairs would be completed.
The repairs were completed on time and for the estimated cost. When we picked up the car, the team was once again friendly, helpful, and professional.
Having your vehicle serviced is one of those situations where you need to be able to trust the people working on your car. Pacific Auto Service is absolutely the kind of company you can trust.
