I've been taking my 18 year old Rover Sport to Huff's for the past 6 years and they have yet to disap
point. He staff is very friendly and approachable and they will spend whatever time it takes to ensure you walk away satisfied. No sales pressure on repairs and they carefully breakdown what needs should be done immediately and what can wait. I like that since Rovers are pricey to repair. They are my go-to for European auto repairs.

staff were so friendly and nice, they made me feel welcomed right away! They let me know what needed to be done on my car next, without pushing me to buy it that day. They did a great job on my car. I 100% recommend them.

My daughter-in-law Kiya's AC went out in her Honda and she was quoted a high price to replace it. I
called a few places to check prices and when I called K.A.R. I was very impressed. Kris was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He gave me a price that was out the door all taxes , labor and parts included. He also said Kiya may not need a whole AC unit and he would let us know and adjust the price. Well guess what she didn't need a whole new unit. The thing I value most at an auto shop besides good work is honesty! There was no up-selling, he didn't try to sell a whole unit that wasn't needed and that is what keeps customers coming back honesty and great work. K.A.R. Shop will be getting our business from now on.
