I was so impressed that my employer tasked me with looking for a good place to have our shuttle serviced and I didn't think twice! h time I take it in, it has been an easy process. Jillian has been my service advisor for my most recent services. She is so patient and pleasant to deal with. This visit, I received a video sent to me by my technician that covered my complete inspection of my car. I expected the video to tell me I needed additional work. It did not. I really appreciated the video just to show me what they covered and did. Pleasantly surprised. Hope I get a video like that every time in the future.

While vacationing in AMI, my Ford Bronco developed a strong malodor and smoke appeared under the hood
. As I was checking out of the VRBO the very next morning, I was preparing to make alternative travel plans back to Michigan if my car was not functional. Johnny was SO understanding and prompt in his attention to my dilemma! He attended to the vehicle early that afternoon! While the source of the odor was not identified, he thoroughly inspected it, drove it around the island and gave me the green light to drive home the next day. I am still SO appreciative to his attentiveness that day as he truly understood my predicament! Forever grateful!
