en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.

My Headlight had just gone out the night before, they managed to take my car in ASAP and get that bul
b swapped out fast. I appreciate this shop's speed and honesty. I will come back to them the next time any other issue arises.

When you first get in there you might ask “is this the right place?”. There’s cats that like to loung
e there, and plants everywhere. It really looks nothing like most auto shops. But don’t count this place out!
Norm and Taylor are both extremely knowledgable and communicative, giving clear details about what was done to the car and what it needed. These guys know what they’re talking about!
Taylor even made sure to break down the entire bill and made it very easy to understand for even someone without any technical knowledge.
I had a few issues that needed to be fixed and thankfully this place was able to handle it all in one day. Extremely satisfied with my visit yesterday!
