Horrible attitude and service
Took my vehicle in because carparts.com recommended as a repair pal certified shop. That’s not the case, what seemed like a simple headlight replacement turned into a horror show. After taking the vehicle home I noticed that both front side fender liners were not secured correctly and that the right side was broken when the shop took the bumper off. What seemed to be a certified shop quickly turned into a shop that doesn’t take ownership of their work nor take pride in the work they do. I called the shop when I noticed this and the owner or manager of the location was condescending and empathetic that the shop dropped the ball on the repair. I told him I could send him a picture because he clearly stated that maybe I should have checked this before leaving the shop. Didn’t think this was needed when a shop claims to be certified. Nonetheless this experience was horrible, I called carparts.com and they won’t be using this shop as their certified recommended location anymore. Nor should you if you’re thinking of coming here, if I could give this negative stars I would.

Amazing work and great customer service!
I had left my Hyundai Genesis with the gentlemen at this shop that was having some engine issues. They not only kept me updated but made sure their quality work was put into repairing the car. They also went above and beyond to help with other issues the car was having. I now have the car back which is running and sounding amazing!

Poor Service
Upon leaving the shop the vehicle repair to the front end suspension made an odd noise. I took the vehicle to the another shop for a second opinion in which they indicated the previous shop (Karta Motorwerks) stripped the front axle nut. I would not recommend Karta Motorwerks since they have not taken ownership of the botched repair. They offered two free oil changes however.
