Our Nitro was hit and I chose Withnell for obvious reasons. My vehicle is a Dodge and I've purchased
six vehicles from Withnell in the past. I've never had anything less that stellar service! Nels over at auto body was a huge sigh of relief. He and his staff took care of everything and sent me texts to keep me updated throughout this stressful process. Thank you for making an unfortunate incident a thing of the past ;)

My daughter and I were traveling through Lake Tahoe when our rental van overheated. We were on a tigh
t schedule and we're told it would be at least five days until anyone in Lake Tahoe could get the van in. Matt Jenkins at Christensen Auto was clearly incredibly busy. As well he had a full fleet of cars in the lot to hold for repair. In spite of this, he was very gracious, patient and helpful to us. Not only did he assess the repair or van needed, he called several different auto shops around the area to help us get into a place for repair as soon as we could. He wrote down an entire list of auto shops as well. And finally he took me through step-by-step how to get down the mountain safely, and even offered me some alternative vacation spots once we were back on the road.

My car was rear ended and CBW was the shop used. The staff was friendly and personable and repairs we
re done in a very reasonable amount of time. Upon picking up my car I found that it had been fully detailed inside and out. Not hoping for another collision but would absolutely use their services again?
