Kacey said the door on the passenger side of her vehicle didn't open now, after the repair. Her vehicle was not ready on time and it took so long to get it back because of supply issues. She had to keep calling them for updates on her vehicle.

Sarahi stated that she wasn't sure if the overall work was supposed to be fully smooth or if there was obviously going to be some imperfections, and she did see some imperfections. She said that she opened the trunk and that was when she realized that paint didn't seem smooth, and like it didn't dry well or there was too much paint. She said that it seemed like when she got the vehicle back there were some scratches on it and she didn't mention it to the niece because she said they were there before but she said that they werent.
