I have a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Love the drive, milage. Still learning all the new features. Had
a problem on Monday starting the car. Called Austin and he walked me through my issue. I was not pushing the brake hard enough to start car went into accessory mode. As I said learning everyday. I have had nothing but a great experience with Parks dealership, from the salesman Teddy and now Austin. Our last three cars have come from Parks. After having so many difficulties at Crown I drove extra miles to Fitzgerald Hyundai. My 1st visit ab
out 6 months ago went so well I again returned. To my surprise it was exceptional. Jillian the advisor was so very informative and attentive. Advised multiple times how things were processing. Comfortable waiting room and snacks provided. All my concerns were addressed by the mechanic (so sorry I dont have name but absolutely thorough) Especially helpful with video and great commentary. Pleasè keep that part of a longer wait. I understood rationale for time involved. Will be be using Fitzgerald for all my future auto needs.

Because of the service department, I have bought 2 Konas from them. I can drive in for any small ite
m and NATE in the service department is right there with with a quick solve to my problem. I recently discovered I have a portable flashlight built into the former cigarette lighter. Who would have thought?? I highly recommend this service department. Also, Kyle, who has worked on my car there is awesome-everyone just seems to be on top of their game there. With all the competition in the area, they definitely deserve a 5-Star rating!
