2017 Hyundai Sonata

This car is very comfortable for long trips. I’ve taken it out of state a few times. Between freeways, hills, mountain passes, steep grades....etc, this car handled like a champ. Even when driving through the Arizona desert during 116 degree heat, I noticed no difference in performance. The car is very spacious on the inside. Hyundai took no shortcuts when it came to the instrument panel and entertainment system in the car. The hands free is superb. I never have a problem with people hearing me like I did with my old Ford. My favorite option is the manual shifting. I love how Hyundai was able to make a family sized car that looks stylish AND has enough horsepower for those looking for that extra “kick”. I almost forgot......when going on long drives, the “Eco” mode is the best. I made the same long distance drive from California to Arizona using the regular mode and the “eco” mode. While I noticed no difference in the drive itself, I did notice a noticeable difference in the amount of gas used. Needless to say, as long as Hyundai keeps up with this level of quality and craftmanship, I’m a customer for life.

Super vehicle.

Comfortable to drive. The ride is excellent. Love the safety features!! Love the interior and exterior styles. MPG makes it affordable to drive. Would most likely lease or buy another Hyundai Sonata!!

Great Car

Love the Sonota. This is our second Sonata. We had the first one for 8 years and this one for one year now. Never had any major issues. All servicing has been done at Don Wood Hyundai and has been great. Highly recommend the Sonata to anyone and everyone.

high praise hyundai

i am happy with all aspects of the vehicle. price was a consideration and why i considered it and bought it. i had been looking at a used car and the price of the new sonata was very attractive. i was looking for comfort and this vehicle fit the bill.

2017 Sonata Sport

I greatly enjoy the interior space and performance of my Sonata Sport. The 2.4L engine has more than adequate power and the gas mileage for it size is excellent. My brother also has a Sonata Sport and encourage me to seriously consider purchasing one. To date not a single problem in 20,000 miles.

Power and acceleration

Overall the Sonata performs very good, however, when starting from a standstill the pickup with the 4 cylinder 2.4L engine is a little sluggish. I have to use the sport drive at all times to get some quickness in the cars performance. Once the car is up to speed it performs very good. The other performance problem I've noticed is the acceleration when finishing a turn to the left or right.and picking up speed. There is a hesitation when you first push down on the accelerator pedal as you are coming out of the turn. It feels like the power level first drops down and then starts to pick up and the pick up is slow or sluggish. The vehicle has a smooth ride, however, the seat is a little too rigid and uncomfortable, especially on longer rides.

Really nice car. Very roomy inside, front and back - lots of leg and head room. Trunk looks small on the outside - but its massive. For a larger car, very stylish. Great sound system, love the MP3 player and controls.

I love my Hyundai Sonata

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my new car. It's a four cylinder, but drives like a six cylinder. It has a beautiful look. It looks like it could cost twice the purchase price. The interior is comfortable even on long trips. The controls are easy to use. The infotainment system is fantastic. I get 25 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. The fit and finish is amazing. I've never heard a squeak or rattle. I would definitely buy another Hyundai.

Love It

It’s roomy and drives well! I have an ECO which allows me to dictate how I want my car to drive. Love it!! I would recommend for anybody with a family of 4 or less to purchase. It is great for y’all people.

Suoer Satisfied with my Sonata

When l purchased my 2017 Sonata, l was not concerned about "bells and whistles," but just wanted a reliable reasonable priced vehicle. I was just looking for the bare basics with no special upgrades or special packages. I was delighted however that even at the lower end, my Sonata had so much more that what l required for or expected! Tinted windows, free carpet AND rubber floor mats, and a great media system are just a few things and that's on top of the awesome warranty! I love my Sonata and would certainly buy another!

I really like the Sonata. Both my so and daughter- in- law have these cars also. After riding in them I considered a car . I already had a Santa Fe for 15 years before this and needed something different.

I will no other car I just love the Sonata. It's the best for me ,I love the way it rides, the dash panel, the comfort o the care, the body style the gas miles are great. The trunk is large and the radio system is awsome

Hyundai Sonata

We have owned 3 Hyundais. The Sonata is my favorite so far. I love that it is comfortable stylish and has a great features. The ability to drive it for a more economical performance or to switch to sport mode and really feel the curves is a bonus. The gas mileage is great. The fact that adults fit and are comfortable in the back seat with enough leg room is also a great feature. I will probably buy another Sonata.

Value

Hyundia Sonata is a well built, with a lot of high end features found in more expensive autos. The Sonata has good head room, leg room. and hip room. The Sonata has a pretty good sound system, with a back-up camera and heated seats. If you don't upgrade to navigation system the google maps app is hard to use. The car has blue link and used to have voice navigation which was better.

Amazing car

Love the vehicle overall, I wish I got a little better gas mileage but the features make up for it. I have definitely recommended it to others. This is my second sonata my first one was the base model and this one is the top of the line and I love it

Great car, I’m a Uber driver and it is perfect and all my passengers really like this car. I’ve put to many miles on it but changing oil twice a month is working out great as the car performs like brand new!

2017 Sonota Sport

I was in the market for a new car last summer. I chose to purchase my Sonota because of its features and style. This car is also great on gas. I’ve never owned a Hyundai and never thought of owning one. I love my choice in purchasing the Sonota.
