Windshield/Paint Very Cheap

Local dealer wouldn’t give the same trade in and sale that a dealer 4 hours away would. When I advised the local dealership I was told to get in my car and drive for the deal. Windshield cracked across entire front either because of a bump or temperature. Paint peeled on front left panel in a car wash.

Great value, no problems in 42,000 miles, exceptionally comfortable and roomy, and quick routine service at dealership. Car is quiet, powerful, handles very well, and loaded with useful features. Seats and leather are a bit firm and stiff but not uncomfortable, would prefer more miles per tank of gas. Very happy with vehicle, definitely recommend if you need a 3-row SUV with a great warranty.

Great car. Excellent quality.

Hyundai seems to get better every year with quality and reliability. Hyundai is the trend setter for styling. I wish the all models would offer only HTrac. Not sure why they would offer FWD as an option.

My awesome Palisade

I've owned this vehicle for over a year now and it has been awesome. The only thing is that I wish the seats would heat remotely, and the interior light switches easier to find in the dark. Other than that, it's awesome.

I researched 5 different 3-row SUV's recomended in Consumer Reports and might have preferred the Kia Telluride for the stick shift. I've grown accustomed to the Palisade's push button shift and enjoy the added space below the shift buttons. My only request is that I wish the front seat had a little more adjustment and comfort. On long trips I would like to tilt the seat raising the rear and lowering the front.

Smelly interior

Interior smells horrible in summer months. Hyundai has tried several things to get rid of smell, they finally gave up. So so many people have had trouble with the smell in the 2020 Palisade limited. Ridiculous that no fix was ever found. Would NEVER EVER BUY HYUNDAI AGAIN WHEN THEY FIND A SOLUTION FOR THE SMELL IVE PUT UP WITH 3 YEARS

The sub has wind noise and all kinds of rattles needs refining and better engineering for the product the sunroofs sticks and has to be pub this needs to be internal components here I am very disappointed will be buying another vehicle elsewhere

Overall a great vehicle, you get your moneys worth with plenty of bells and whistles for a good price. Extremely roomy interior with great features, easy to use features, definitely exceeded expectations for the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase.
