great vehicle

It is great vehicle but I hate about wind noise on driver side other than that I really like it. Please consider that driver side wind noise makes my driving experience bad and that little thing makes people mad.

Best SUV made! Features are excellent, my first smarter than me vehicle. Has a very smooth ride and very comfortable. Also it’s very roomy inside with USB outlets in all three rows. Sunroof is amazing also!

I love my Palisade. It has a lot of nice features. Love the style of the outside and the interior. Seating is very roomy and very comfortable. So far it has been very reliable. So far very happy with my purchase.

Minus the few cons, I love this vehicle. The 2021 tiers are kind of disappointing, where the limited version is like my years standard, so I am glad I bit the bullet in 2020 and purchased this model..

Quality SUV for price

This was an SUV to replace our other. The Palisade was an easy choice given the price, options, availability and similar room of the other SUV. The Palisade has fantastic gas mileage! The room inside is easy from the front row to the 3rd; my husband and are are 5'11". The features are outstanding- very luxury and high end- there are things months later that I am still figuring out. I miss XM radio -this was not an option on the SLE model (with additional options) purchased, the Apple Car Play is fun but the stereo on this model is just okay. The engine drive is smooth and I love the options of ECO, Smooth and Sport for the engine transmission. Hyundai has a great warranty and offers a great value for money spent. I have no regrets purchasing this SUV and would do it again if given the option.

Value for the price

I was pleasantly surprised with the technology, power and overall design of this vehicle. It is very comparable to any European or high lever US manufactured vehicles. I highly recommend this vehicle as a sporty family car.

I just love this vehicle. It’s got all the bells and whistles I wanted and like and yet an affordable price compared to bmw and Mercedes Benz. The dealers were Very customer oriented deal and makes you feel important.

Palisade lover

My husband and I, along with our 16 year old grandson, did a lot of research before buying our 2020 Palisade. We test drove other makes and models and none compared to the best choice we ever made. The Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills is the best dealership we have ever used. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with. From management to sales and service we were treated with thoughtfulness and kindness. This is our forever vehicle and it was a perfect choice.

Best Purchase Ever

Love my palisade!

I absolutely love this vehicle. It’s stylish and comfortable and works perfect for my family. Road noise is sometimes loud on the highway and the sound system needs and upgrade as the sound is low in the 3rd row. But overall this is by far my favorite car I’ve ever owned.

Best Vehicle for the money

The Palisade is loaded with features usually only found on high end luxury cars. The Palisade is an extremely comfortable car for passengers and drivers alike. The roomy interior with fold down seats makes for a great vehicle, to haul cargo as well. All of this is packaged in a smooth riding, comfortable everyday driver. Love this SUV, handles like a much smaller vehicle.

LOVE my Palisade!

I am a 60 yr old lady who drives the same vehicle for 10 yrs or more. I have owned Dodge and Nissan vehicles for most of my life, this is my 1st Hyundai. This may very well be the last vehicle I ever drive. I absolutely love driving it, and that says a lot since I am literally an old retired lady who only drives to the grocery store and nail appointments. I researched a LOT before I bought a brand new 2020 LTD, which came with all the bells and whistles and safety features I was looking for. (All the competition required extra packages to be added). We have 5 grandchildren and wanted something safe that would be big enough for us all to go somewhere together without having to take 2 vehicles. Mine seats 7, since I chose to have the 2nd row captains seats rather than bench seating. It is comfortable, sleek, smooth driving, and all the safety features are exceptional. I also like that I don't see Palisades everywhere, yet. Everyone has some kind of SUV, but not many out there that look as slick as mine, is as comfortable as mine, nor as safe as mine.

Not worth your money

When we first saw the Palisade, we immediately loved it. We payed $45,000 for this SUV just so that in less than a year, the driver's window started to make a whistling noise. Now every time we are going more than 70 mph it starts to make this noise. I've contacted the dealership and even Hyundai USA multiple times and they say they can't do anything about it because there's not a replacement part for it. Funny thing is they have a replacement for Palisades 2021 but not for 2020. Now I feel like I'm driving an old car and not a 2020 $45,000 SUV. It is just unbelievable.

Great SUV!

The build quality is really good, everything is laid out very well and handy. Good value, has everything that much more expensive SUV have at less money. One of the best vehicles I have ever owned, love everything about it.

I love my Palisade but I wished the radio antenna was a little better and I would really love to have TAN interior instead of gray and black interior!!! Black is too hot and shows way too much!!!!!!!!

I really like this vehicle. This is my third Hyundai in the last 9 years. I never thought any vehicle would beat my 2015 Santa Fe. Well I found it. Great vehicle for the money. Way to go Hyundai. This is the best vehicle I've ever owned.
