I have had several Hyundai vehicles and this is probably the last for me or family and friends. Interior noise is terrible and Hyundai corporate pretty much said sorry about your luck, It's in the design.

Not a truck

I’ve owned three trucks over the past twenty years and loved them, but my wife has patiently waited for something that isn’t a truck and the Palisade is it. Not a truck, but it is a great vehicle. It looks great and performs extremely well. I think this is a good way to ease me out of my love for trucks.

Road noise

Since I bought the SUV I noticed road noise when I get on the highway. It’s so loud that you can’t even hear people on the phone. I brought this to the attention of the dealership at the first oil change.They told me Hyundai is working on the issue

Love this SUV great value for the price

Don’t regret my purchase. This vehicle is fun to drive has a lot of features for the price. My sales person was awesome, he was Great to work with and very communicative. How do wait a few months to take delivery of my vehicle due to the COVID outbreak.

Great vehicle if it wasn’t for the noise issue

Overall, I would say it’s a great vehicle. Interior is top of class. Exterior is solid. A definitive fix needs to be found to eliminate the front driver’s door wind noise issue. Other than that, some refinement on the exterior style and add a few more factory options for exterior trim and this vehicle should blow away the competition. Should be a 9, but giving it a 6 for recommending it to other people due to the wind noise issue.

Undeniable value and class leader in features. This is a near-luxury car in a non-luxury class

Hyundai hit this one out of the park. No car is perfect, and the Palisade has its own first model year issues, but they are small issues that don't overshadow the fact that nothing else in the mid-sized 3 row SUV class can beat the Palisade in terms of refinement, features, and interior space efficiency. I would absolutely buy this car again, and I whole-heartedly recommend the Palisade for anyone looking for a mid-sized SUV.

Amazing vehicle

My 2020 Palisade exceeds my expectations in performance, safety and styling. I could not be happier with my purchase. I bought it for a roomier interior and A/C vents in the back. We love the captains chairs.

windshield wipers

love the car overall.but here in new jersey we get snow and you have to clean your wipers off well with this car you cant get at them .they are just under the hood so removing ice from them(no way).getting snow from around them (no way).i haven't had to change wiper blades yet but i can see its going to be a job.so my next car i have a new thing to check before i buy it

Love the PALISADES BUT WOULD LIKE BETTER GAS MILEAGE

Good road vehicle, good support in seating, spacious, cruise control with in lane monitor system is outstanding. Very safe to drive, but like better fuel economy as in town at times drops to 17mpg (and I do not have a heavy foot). Highway mileage on cruise control is up to 25mpg (Toyota Highlander gets 35mpg so jealous there especially with gas prices projected to hit $4 per gallon due to the shutdown of new pipeline construction...thank you Mr President, especially since you have free limos for life...why should you care

Comfortable, well-designed and stylish

When I went shopping for a new vehicle, I didn't even know the Palisade existed, and now I am not sure what I would do without it! I love my Palisade, it is comfortable, well-designed and stylish! My 9-year-old son says, "Now this is a cool family car!"

Love it

It got a lot of features that I like in a vehicle. Drives smooth. You can drive in economy, comfort, and sport. Nice and spacious inside. Transport 7 people. You can also lay the seat flat to carry a lot of stuff. Just perfect for me and my kids overall!

We purchased the vehicle a year and a half ago. We have taken it to long trips. It is a very comfortable ride. The sound system is great and works well with Apple play. My wife loves to drive it. We are pleased with our choice

Great family car and exceptional value. Enjoy driving. Excellent performance for the horsepower. A quiet and enjoyable ride. Middle and back rows are easy to ingress and egress. Even our dog likes riding in the Palisade.

Great vehicle held back by flaws

My wife and I like our Palisade, but some flaws hold us back from loving it. The windshield has gotten cracked/chipped twice in less than a year. That is way beyond normal, and it is complained about a lot on the owners forums. This leads me to believe that the glass is substandard. The moonroof also exploded while open and entering the highway. It exploded upwards, so this is either substandard glass again or the mechanism is putting pressure on the glass causing it to break. Lastly, is the whistling wind noise that comes from the drivers side door frame. When all the windows are up and wind hits the door frame at certain angles there is a whistling sound as if the window is down a little. This is also a known issue that Hyundai has not done a recall on to get fixed, instead they issued a TSB and each dealer handles it differently.

Possibly the best vehicle I've ever owned

I love everything about my Hyundai Palisade. After research online (finding a lot of positive reviews), I started searching for one that was close and priced right. It took a while to find the right vehicle but once I did, within a day, I was driving it home. Lots of dealerships aren't discounting this vehicle but even at MSRP, it's a great value compared to other SUVs in this class. The level of technology is excellent and everything is easy to use. I highly recommend you check out the Palisade.

Great vehicle, happy with it overall though I should have paid more attention to what it actually was equipped with vs what dealer said. In hindsight, I would have been happier with destination package or limited. Premium and convenience packages made up for a lot of great features.

Noise and no automatic side mirrors

The size of vehicle is great and fits adults passengers great, but doesn’t have much get up and go and has the window noise like the window is open and no automatic side my return for parking in garage and in public.
