2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Review
Very disappointed in Hyundai's Service department. Needed basic issues look at for a brand new car and could not get an appointment for over a month. Was also told for just looking at wind noise coming from the driver side window, we would have to leave the car for 2 days in service and a loaner car would not be provided. I have never had this issue with any other car from a different manufacturer, they gladly inspect the car within 2 hours the same day. What is the point of having a Service Department.
