Really good car

The car is comfortable, charges fast, has a lot of room on the inside, and drives well. The driving experience is good, except for the turning radius of the car, which is terrible. The inside finishes are great. The car's UI is very intuitive and easy to use. The app is not great. It has some connectivity issues and sometimes just does not work. The service for the car is uneven. And hopefully, the ICCU issue gets resolved, because just replacing the ICCU does not fix it.

Fun to drive

This car drives more like a sports car than a compact SUV. I love the boost for merging. The interior is spacious and beautiful. I also have a Porsche Taycan 4s and prefer to drive the GV60. Its easy to get into the vehicle. Charging is simple to do and I can monitor everything from the app.

Free charging for 3 years.

Very comfortable with many luxury features. Fast acceleration, tight turning radius, easy seat adjustments. The first 3 years comes with free quick charging at at Electrify America.

Luxury in a small package

Luxurious seating. Great feel for the road. Outstanding acceleration. Brakes tend to grab. Turn radius is disappointing. Wish forward camera would activate by voice or could switch to starred button on steering wheel. Quiet cabin Voice commands work well. Sound system very clear. HUD hard to see with polarized lenses- unlike some other vehicles I have owned. Some control lights may be hard to appreciate as may street names on NAV. Rapid charge great despit ICCU issues. Better range would help

Broke three times, abruptly stopped, twice refused to start.

When it works it drives well. It had stayed in the repair shop for over two months since I purchased it. The roadside assistance is terrible.

Nice elec car with short range

I would buy it again as the charging station limit and waiting time us too bad. You should increase the stations for better sale of car. It changed my life style...going nowhere more than 150 miles away.

Battery Issues

I love my GV-60; however, it has been in the shop multiple times for the same issue. Hoping to get it solved soon. Working with Genesis of Scottsdale service. They are very responsive and are working to figure out the issue. I hope this is the last time it has to go in.

Comfortable ride, lots of plastic in the finishes technology lags

The technology in the GV60 lags. There are claims it does thing such as parallel parking, which it really doesn't the lane assist on the highway works sometimes which mean it doesn't work at all. Simple things like walk away locking the doors isn't implemented remote heat seating isn't implemented lots of features from your competitor are missing from this vehicle price point.

We absolutely adore this car.

We live this car. The cockpit is so thoughtfully designed. Everything is exactly where it should be. It’s fast, smooth, and really attractive. Down side. The mileage is significantly decreased when it’s cold. Like by a quarter.

I love the way it handles it drives besutifully

My car has been in service for 3 weeks for a control panel. While driving it suddenly slowed down and would not go over 20 miles mph it stated battery mode stop immediately.

Fun to drive car with great safety features.

I love to drive this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks great in my opinion. There are a lot of added features as standard that can be a little tricky to use and can also be buggy sometimes but nevertheless I am very happy with my choice.

I was lied to about the amount of valet services /loaner cars can get

The car is fine and I like driving it. There are too many recalls and service errors. Now that I know I can only use the valet 4 times it's completely messed up scheduling to get these recalls and error messages for service corrected. I just had the car serviced a few weeks ago and it says I need another service. I habe to take time out of my day to fix this error when inwas told I had unlimited valets

Great ride. Fun to drive. Fast charging. Intuitive controls

Great riding vehicle. Perfect size for my needs. Fast charging but wish there was more range. Over two years in and over 36,000 miles no real maintenance expense other than tire replacement. My only complaint is with the preset radio stations. They change on their own quite often. Overall extremely happy with the car
