Overall I am very happy with the service and performance with MB Class Motors. They do what they say,
have always fixed and serviced my car excellently and their prices are better thN taking it to the dealer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that they don't have rental cars to borrow while your car is in the shop and they don't wash or clean the car... But that is why the dealers cost more..

Missed my doctor's appointment; but, my car was fixed
I was leaving my house for a doctor's appointment in Marietta. Coming out of my driveway, I discover
ed I had 1% air pressure in one of my tires. Fortunately, I live around a corner from a service station and able to refill my tire long enough to get to my car maintenance shop. I was stressed already, and as usual, the staff was friendly, understanding, and efficient, taking my car back immediately. No, I didn't make my doctor's appointment, but I knew my car was in excellent hands. In a world where you don't know you can trust people/companies, I truly trust Hughes Automotive to be a fair and honest business. Fully recommend them.

My father and I have never had any issues with Precision Auto Care. They always had good customer ser
vice and the work they do was incredible. But recently on April 21st 2026, I took my vehicle in for some issues in my vehicle's gear shifting. The Service Manager said to me that they have availability that day to do a diagnosis on the transmission. I said, great and thank them for taking my vehicle in for a diagnosis check on the transmission. They called me back later that afternoon and told me that indeed I will need a new transmission and its possible to work within the warranty guarantees that I have on my vehicle. The Warranty company approved for the repairs with little out of pocket expense. Before I got off the phone with the Service Manager, he told me that it will take about 2-3 days to receive the transmission and a day to install the unit, and he said the vehicle will be ready on Thursday, April 30th 2026, for pickup but I informed him that I'll just come in the following day to pick it up. The following next week, I showed up ready to pick up my vehicle and the Service Manager responded to me and told me that its not here. I was befuddled. I asked him, is it here? He looked through the service tags and nearly snarled at me and said that it wasn't ready. Again, a little befuddled and confused, I asked him, if there's any else wrong with the vehicle? He said, No! He didn't give me a time or a day when it would be complete and when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. It seemed like the Service Manager was appalled that I would even show up expecting to pickup my vehicle, based on his owned words that my vehicle would be ready for pickup that Thursday, April 30th for pickup. So, I turned and left, feeling a little disappointed. However, the Service Manager called me the following week and said my vehicle was ready for pickup and he expressed to me that they fixed my exhaust pipe to my vehicle as well for the inconvenience as a sign of goodwill. This is by far a good ending of what seems to a bad situation. Great Job Precision!

stic, called to give me updates every couple hours. I felt the diagnosis was accurate and priced fairly. Car was repaired in one day and drove it back to Indiana with no issues.
