My son had his first flat tire in the village of Canton, on one of the colleges. It was a stressful s
ituation for him. When I arrived and found there was no saving the tire we called a local business for a tow. We were told there was already a tow truck on campus, go talk to them. So we did, only to be told by the tow operator that they weren't sure if they could help us. So we called Boyden Brook instead. This was a tire, not body work, so we didn't think of them first. We were greeted politely on the phone and when we asked if the tow truck was available they put us on hold long enough to confirm it was, then asked us what the issue was, and said the tow would be right out. Less than 10 minutes later, we had not one but two employees in a tow truck ready to help. They had a tire replacement for my son in two days and the car was back to him in three. While they had it they did a complete inspection of the car itself, and found another issue he didn't know about, providing photographic proof via text message of what needed to be fixed. They were fast and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I like the convenience of having Standard Auto so close and in the same town. I can leave my car and
they will run me home and if needed pick me up when done. The staff are always friendly and ready to go the extra mile.
