A recent and dramatic problem caused me to have my Jeep towed to Paul Campanella's. A sudden screech
ing and shuddering vibration forced me to park my SUV and call Paul's. They took it right away, and after extensive searching found the cause. A squirrel had hidden a walnut between a shield and driveshaft!!! Hard to believe, but True! Paul Campanella's took care of my problem, and would not charge me for their professional service. I am in awe, and have even more respect for this service center and staff. Well done, and my great appreciation for another job well done.

I have never been treated so pleasantly in a shop. They made sure I felt included every step of the w
ay. They educated me on what different parts of my vehicle did and how they work together without making me feel incompetent. They did an inspection that showed what was most important to get taken care of and other minor things that I would be needing done later on in the future. Their pricing is very fair and straightforward. They didn’t do any work unless it is approved by me! Derek was very efficient with keeping me updated.
