I am from PA, my 2006 Ford Expedition transmission started slipping in TN on my way to AL on Saturday
7/22/23. I managed to get to AL by 8pm that evening. Called my home Ford dealer as I have a good relationship with, then called a local dealer that recommended Lance's Automotive. I was able to get my vehicle to him, which he diagnosed properly that day, ordered a rebuilt Jasper Transmission. Lance and team had it installed by Thursday afternoon, I picked it up on Friday Morning and was able to drive back to PA on time, vacation saved... Absolutely fair pricing, excellent, friendly service, I cannot say enough good about my experience with Lance and his team.

Drop my SUV in to have an alignment performed after putting on winter wheels and oversize tires for t
he season. The service was quick, my service rep communicated that there was minimal adjustment at the rear (no caster/camber adjustments) but adjusted the toe in free of charge.
I could have easily brought it back while they clanged wrenches together charging the difference for the rear alignment, but these guys were HONEST.
Nobody tried to sell me a camber bolt, insisting I drove in without one (long story…different shop) so that was refreshing.
